Developing your Constitution?

Quite often, people struggle with staying focused on the steps towards goals or life changes. Life gets busy or frankly we fall into old habits. Before we know it, years pass and we are still struggling to find happiness. Frustrations build and we just succumb to the belief that things will not improve.

I have a solution!

Develop a personal constitution!

Make it brief, memorable, and meaningful. Your life is your country and you need laws to stay focused! If your choices do not fit under all amendments, then it’s unconstitutional.

Here are my four amendments:

  1. Does this increase my family’s wealth (not just money)?

  2. Does this enrich my soul?

  3. Am I being kind to myself and others?

  4. Is it fun?

For the last year I have followed my Constitution and I have seen great results. Also, I sleep well knowing I am doing my best for me and my family.

So, what is your Constitution?
